US Customers Only

At this time, the Crystal Cave Shop will only be servicing US customers, and we offer flat rate shipping along with shipping insurance for your convenience.

Flat Rate Shipping Prices

US customers can enjoy flat rate shipping for any size box at $9.95, up to 15 lbs. For items over 15 lbs., shipping will be billed separately at the exact rate via UPS or USPS, depending on your choice. We will contact you directly with the shipping information, including options for shipping insurance.

Additional Insurance

If you purchase over $100, we recommend adding additional shipping insurance for your order. Please message us for a quote.

Standard insurance coverage is a maximum of $100. If your package is lost or items are damaged, $100 is the maximum refund.

Parcels Shipped Once Per Week

Cave of Crystal is a small business with a single owner. Due to this, parcels are packed and shipped once per week, on Saturdays. For our US customers, we offer flat rate shipping and shipping insurance options to ensure your items arrive safely.
