SHIPPING INFORMATION

At this time, Cave of Crystal will only be servicing US customers.

US:

• Any size box $9.95 up to 15 lbs.

Items over 15 lbs.:

• Will be billed separately for the exact rate via UPS or USPS (your choice)
• We will contact you directly with shipping information

If you purchase over $100, you may want to consider purchasing additional insurance through USPS to cover the entire cost of your order.  Refunds due to USPS inflicted damage to your parcel will be limited to the amount the parcel is insured. See our Terms & Conditions for further detail. Contact us at caveofcrystal11@gmail.com if you wish to elect additional insurance.

The rate for additional insurance for USPS Flat Rate parcels, effective 1/22/2023:

$100.01-$200 = $4.30

$200.01-$300 = $5.65

$300.01-$400 = $7.10

$400.01-$500 = $8.60

$500.01-$600 = $11.50

$600.01-$5,000 = $11.50plus $1.75 per $100.00 or fraction thereof over $600 in declared value

Cave of Crystal is a small business with a single owner.  Due to this, parcels are packed and shipped once per week, on Saturdays.
