When do you invoice for website purchases?
Website purchases are immediate through GoDaddy or the built-in link to PayPal.
When do you invoice for Facebook Live Shows?
Invoices for the weekend live shows on Facebook are sent out on Mondays and/or Tuesdays. You have 48 hours from the date of invoice to pay your invoice in full.
What if I don't pay my Facebook Live Show invoice in 48 hours?
If you don't pay your live show invoice on time, you will be sent a reminder. If you still don't pay and do not contact us to let us know of any mitigating circumstances, your items will immediately be returned to inventory.
How do I apply a discount coupon for a website purchase?
You can enter in the discount code at checkout for website specials.
When do you ship?
Parcels are shipped once per calendar week, on Saturdays.
Can I insure my package for its full retail value?
Packages are automatically insured up to $100 and any refunds based on damage will only be paid up to the insured value based on the retail cost of the item. We strongly encourage you to insure up to the retail value of your order. Additional insurance may be purchased at the rates listed on the Shipping page.
